Terms & Conditions:

  • Payment for registration of Beast Mode Meal Plans will serve as acknowledgement and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Payments can be made directly to Beast Mode via EFT as below or via cash or credit card payment at either our JLT or Business Bay Branches.
  • (Weekly payment does not qualify for the special offers or discounts).
  • An additional 150 AED refundable deposit is required for delivery bags and ice packs.
  • Bags and Ice packs to be left outside daily for collection, failure to return bags and ice packs will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • The dispatch team will contact you to arrange collection of the bag after the completion of your plan, pending which the deposit will be available as cash from JLT Branch or via bank transfer in 3 working days
  • Beast Mode Meal Plans are delivered weekly from Sunday to Thursday, or Saturday to Thursday.
  • Payment, changes & confirmation of orders/addresses are required by Thursday prior to each upcoming week of delivery before 11am. (Weekly Thursday Deadline)
  • Delivery weekdays between 4am-8am exclusively (we cannot provide preferable timeslots), our logistics partner will notify you via text when they are nearby
  • Beast Mode Meal Plan delivery to all 7 Emirates.
  • If you would like to make any changes in your delivery schedule, due to holidays or travel etc. the customer must provide details in writing, via their registration form or email before the weekly Thursday deadline.
  • The customer is solely responsible for their menu selection and the notification for exclusion of any allergens. 
  • Please confirm allergen requirements by filling in our Customer Registration form. 
  • Beast Mode makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for customers with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies, however there is always a risk of contamination. The possibility may exist that manufactures of any commercial food in use could possibly change the formulation at any time without notice.
  • Beast Mode Meal Plans are produced in a facility that contains nuts.
  • Beast Mode will not be held responsible for any injury, death, or allergic reaction associated with the purchase and consumption of our Beast Mode Meal Plans.
  • The customer will accept all risks associated with the purchase of products from Beast Mode.
  • The customer is solely responsible for completing their weekly meal plan correctly. Please do so by selecting all your meal options for the week and clicking submit only once.
  • If this is not done correctly Beast Mode reserves the right to submit a generic meal plan on the customers behalf.
  • Our Macros are pre-calculated and we acknowledge allergens and food intolerances however, our menu items cannot be customized (inclusions or exclusions) according too personal preference. 
  • Beast Mode Meal Plans are transferable but not refundable.
  • Any complaints or queries can be communicated in writing to please provide the customer’s name & address in the subject box.
  • General enquiries can take 3-5 working days to respond to, our office hours are Sun-Thurs 10-6pm.
