Simply fill out the online order from including your personal details and you will receive an email with all the information, legal disclaimers, and how to arrange the payment. Once payment is received the customer will receive a registration form plus a log in for the website, so they can choose their own meals.
Customers do not need to speak to anyone from our team as the plan can entirely be booked and arranged online via our automated system, and customers are choosing their own meals from our unique online ordering system.
Plans start each week only on Sundays, with confirmation of payment, registration and menu submission being complete before the Thursday deadline.
Unlike other meal plan companies, our meal plans are chosen by the customers themselves. We do not offer customised packages in terms of macros and calories, instead we have counted the macros and calories from our entire menu, and when customers choose their daily selections on our website, there is an online calculator that totals the selections. This allows customers to build their own macros and calories and tailor things to suit their daily goals and even around their social schedule.

We deliver daily 5, 6 and 7 days per week, depending on your plan, to all 7 Emirates and all deliveries are made between 4am-8am. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery time, only the time slot, and are not liable for fluctuations in delivery during this time slot. It is not possible to select a specific time slot.
Your food will be delivered in a temperature controlled cooler bag with an ice pack and left in accordance with the delivery instructions on the order form.
You will receive your weekly menu every week over email based on your selection, which will provide you with the complete nutritional breakdown for each meal, and the total nutritional breakdown for the whole day.
All food will be in microwave friendly dishes should you wish to heat them up, other than that all meals are ready to eat such as salads and some snacks.
Depending on the meal, food should be enjoyed best within 1-2 days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergens. We use a kitchen that uses ingredients such as nuts, whey, dairy, gluten and fish, and cannot take any liability for customer’s adverse reactions or potential cross-contamination. If a customer has a severe allergy we advise them not to purchase a meal plan for us.
Likewise because customers are choosing from a set menu where the macros and calories are pre-counted, we are unable to make small changes relating to dislikes on individual dishes.
All our meals have been prepared to ensure excellent nutritional values, packed full of macro and micronutrients with a commitment to excellent taste. Each single menu item has its own nutritional value sticker, so you can easily track your macros as well as receiving the weekly summary over email.
Our food is made fresh every day and we deliver daily to ensure that the taste and quality is never compromised.
All of our meat is sourced from farm-traceable locations and is hormone and anti-biotic free.
Unfortunately Beast Mode Nutrition does not offer refunds on plans for any reason. Our food production and nutrition team work undertake a lot of planning and effort with ordering food and logistics to ensure that customers get their meals for the week or month in a professional and timely manner. We do however offer a transfer package to anyone else in the United Arab Emirates, with an expiry date for the plan being 6 months from the purchase date.
Beast Mode Nutrition send a weekly reminder email for customers to update their potential holiday dates, renew plans or change their menu. Menus are submitted for one whole one week at a time, and if the customer wishes to make changes they must do so each week by Thursday 11am, for the changes to be implemented the following week.
It is not possible to make changes to menu submissions during the week, so we advise customers to familiarise themselves with the menu and ensure their choices are the desired ones.
We understand people need to be flexible with their plans and we offer this facility. However Beast Mode Nutrition need notification before the Thursday deadline in order to activate this for the coming week, otherwise penalty charges or loss of days may occur.
